Terms of Service
These terms describe what Review Station gives you, what it costs, and what happens when a trial ends, a payment fails, or you cancel. They describe the product as it actually behaves.

01 These terms
These terms are the agreement between you and NAPHERE LTD (company number 17440245, registered at Office 3271UP, 182–184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom) for the use of Review Station. By using the service you accept them.
02 The service
Review Station connects to your Google Business Profile, monitors the reviews your customers leave, identifies problems that repeat, alerts you when something deserves your attention, sends a weekly summary, and prepares suggested replies for you to approve.
03 Your account
You sign in with Google; there is no separate password. Your account belongs to an organisation, and the subscription, the branches and the billing all sit at the organisation level rather than with an individual user.
You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure, and for making sure you are entitled to manage the business profile you connect.
04 Free trial
Every organisation starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to begin it, and the 14 days run from the moment your organisation is created.
You can subscribe at any point during the trial. If the trial ends without a subscription, new monitoring and new analysis pause — see “What paused means” below.
05 Price and plan
Review Station costs £9.99 per month, billed in pounds sterling.
There is one plan, and that is the whole price list. There is no annual plan, no Pro or Enterprise tier, and no limit on how many branches you may monitor. The price is per organisation, not per branch and not per user.
If we ever change the price, we will tell you before it applies to you.
06 Billing
The subscription renews monthly until it is cancelled. Payment is taken by our payment provider; Review Station does not receive or store your card details.
07 If a payment does not go through
If a payment fails, the service keeps running for a grace period of 7 days so that you have time to sort it out. During that period everything works normally and we show you that the payment needs attention.
If the grace period ends and the payment is still outstanding, new monitoring and new analysis pause.
08 Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. When you do, the service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut it short — and it does not renew after that.
Review Station does not currently have a self-service cancellation button in the interface. To cancel, write to hello@getreviewstation.com, or cancel through the payment provider if you subscribed through one. We will confirm the cancellation and the date your paid period ends.
09 What “paused” means
When a trial ends without a subscription, or a payment problem outlives its grace period, or a subscription ends, the service pauses rather than deletes.
What stops: collecting new reviews, analysing them, and raising new alerts. What does not change: everything we already collected stays visible to you — reviews, issues, branches and reports — for as long as our normal retention periods allow. Those periods are set out in the Privacy Notice, and they keep running while the service is paused.
Subscribing again resumes the service.
10 Replies you send
Review Station can draft a reply for you, but it never publishes one by itself. Nothing is sent to Google unless you press send, and what is published is whatever text you approved.
You are responsible for the content of the replies you publish. Google may refuse to publish a reply under its own policies; when that happens we tell you, but the decision is Google’s and not ours.
11 Acceptable use
Use Review Station for your own business. Do not use it to publish unlawful, misleading or abusive content, to interfere with the service or its security, or to attempt to access data belonging to anyone else.
12 Third-party services
Review Station depends on services we do not control — Google above all, and also our AI, email and messaging providers. Their terms apply to their parts, and an interruption or a change on their side can affect what Review Station can do.
13 Availability
We work to keep Review Station running and to fix problems quickly, but we do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we will avoid doing that without warning where we reasonably can.
14 Your data
Your reviews, your branches and everything derived from them remain yours. How we handle them, how long we keep them, and how you get them deleted are set out in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.
15 Our rights in the service
Review Station — the software, the interface and the name — belongs to NAPHERE LTD. These terms let you use the service; they do not transfer ownership of it.
16 Liability
Review Station helps you notice patterns in your reviews. It does not make business decisions for you, and its analysis may be incomplete or wrong; the judgement stays yours.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
17 Ending the agreement
You may stop using Review Station at any time, disconnect Google, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice.
18 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update the date at the top, and for significant changes we will tell you directly before they take effect.
19 Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
